God Is Good — Frostin Farms Is Now a 501(c)(3)!
We are overjoyed to share some wonderful news: Frostin Farms is officially recognized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. After a season of hard work, prayer, and perseverance, we can now serve our community with an even greater purpose—because of your support, our mission to share fresh fruit, eggs, plants, and hope with our neighbors can grow.
What this means:
Gifts to Frostin Farms are now tax-deductible. If you’ve been waiting for the right time to support our work, your donation can now be claimed as a charitable deduction*—and every dollar will be put to work feeding families, supporting local pantry efforts, and growing community connections here in Cromwell and beyond.
Why we did this:
Frostin Farms was born from a simple desire to share abundance. We believe food is a sacred gift meant to be shared, and we wanted a structure that lets us stretch every resource farther. Becoming a 501(c)(3) helps us be more transparent, sustainable, and effective in our mission of donating fresh produce, eggs, and plant starts to the Cromwell Food Pantry and neighbors in need.
How your donation helps:
• Supplies for planting and growing (seed, soil, equipment)
• Donations of fresh fruit, eggs, baked goods, and unsold market items to the Cromwell Food Pantry
• Community giveaways (plant starts, signature garden spray samples, and educational materials)
• Programs that teach simple, home-centered food-growing skills so families can put healthy food on the table year after year
A word of thanks—and faith:
We know this didn’t happen by our effort alone. “O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.” (Psalm 107:1, KJV). God has guided and blessed this work at every turn, and we are humbled to steward that blessing for others.
